Marino named ITA West Region Coach of the Year

And the oddsmakers have made the three-time All-American the favorite to win as the NCAA Division III women’s tennis championships committee announced the singles and doubles draws for the national championship tournaments which begin on Friday at the Battleground Tennis Complex. Lewis adds an academic honor to her resume

Next week, Chapman University junior Liz Lewis will officially be honored as a three-time All-American when she competes at the NCAA Division III women’s tennis national championships in singles and doubles in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Playoff run ends with loss to top-ranked Pomona-Pitzer
The Chapman University women's tennis team could not overcome losing two of the three doubles matches to No. 7-ranked Pomona-Pitzer Colleges and lost 5-1 in the West Region championship match in Claremont on Saturday afternoon. [more]

Women's tennis advances to regional finals for first time
For the first time in school history, the Chapman University women’s tennis team has earned a berth in the NCAA Division III West Region championship match. The No. 12-ranked Panthers advanced on the strength of a 5-1 victory over No. 23 University of Redlands in the second round of the tournament at Pomona-Pitzer Colleges on Friday. [more]
