Instructions for Student-Athlete use of Homelink

1. Open Homelink here.

2. Use your full Chapman email ie: abcde123@mail.chapman.edu as your user ID.

3. click "get password" to have your password sent to your Chapman email.

4. Log in with your user ID and password.

5. Click "Athlete Information" Complete and/or confirm the information under all of the tabs and click submit.

6. Click "Medical History" put in your name and today's date and answer all of the questions then hit submit.

7. Logout.

8. Make sure to update your information on Homelink whenever it changes.
